Every claim is different. At this stage it is difficult to give a realistic estimate of how long it will take to settle your claim. A straightforward claim can be settled within twelve months but others may take a lot longer to settle if liability is disputed, if it goes to court or if you have unfortunately suffered complicated injuries.

How long after an accident do I have to make a claim? Down Arrow x x

If you are over the age of 18, you have up to 3 years from the date of the accident to make a claim. However, it is advisable to make a claim as soon as practically possible.

How do I make a claim Down Arrow x x

The claim process begins after your initial details have been taken and we have assessed the prospects of success. At that point we will send the details to the other insurer.

Who are RSA Law regulated by? Down Arrow x x

RSA Law is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in the same way as all other firms of solicitors in England and Wales.

We always do our best to make sure that our highly qualified staff provide the best possible service. However we do accept that there may be occasions where you want to complain. We have an internal complaints procedure which we adhere to and upon request this will be forwarded onto you.
